The Clover Hill Village Wine Festival will be held from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Clover Hill Village Living History Center, 5747 River Ridge Road, Appomattox. There will be breweries, distilleries, wineries, food vendors, various craft vendors, live music and activities for all ages. Ticket information is on Facebook “@CHV.WineFest” and the FB event page. Ticket prices are $15 in Advance ($25 at the Gate); $10 for designated drivers, non-drinkers, 13-plus-year-olds; $5 for 6-12-year-olds; under 5-years-old get in free. Discounts for military, first responders and group discounts.This is a family event, so there will be activities for kids. Special pricing for those who come without drinking. Food will be available for purchase. The proceeds from this event will help to repair, maintain and improve the Clover Hill Village. Tickets will go on sale starting in September.
