Last week, Appomattox Christian Academy (ACA) held a weeklong community camp for more than 40 Kindergarten through fifth grade students. The camp was open to the public at no cost to parents.
Throughout the week, students learned about various disciplines such as farming/horticulture, athletics, veterinary medicine, art/dance and civil servitude. The camp also provided instruction in Latin and Greek, along with phonograms and English.
Each day carried one of the themes mentioned above.
