Animals are on the agenda again for the Appomattox Town Council.

At Tuesday night’s regular council meeting, town manager Gary Shanaberger said he and Jeff Elder met with representatives from the Virginia Game and Inland Fisheries last week to discuss the problem of deer.

Over the summer, the town’s help was sought in dealing with a vulture problem within the town’s limits.
