As I write this, I am feeling very thankful. The attendance at Bike Night on Saturday was exactly what the Chamber needed. This is the time of year, just before billing for annual dues, when our treasury is at its lowest and an influx of funds is required in order to pay for our operational costs and keep our doors open. A big “thank you” to every one of you that attended.

Of course, those that played a part in making it such an enjoyable event also deserve our gratitude. The band, Out of Spite, always puts on a great show. The Fishin’ Pig has a reputation of great food and hospitality, and their participation never disappoints. Harley-Davidson of Lynchburg, Iron Witness and all of the individual bikers gave everyone a lot of beautiful machinery to observe and each added to the fellowship of the night.
