On Sunday evening, Aug. 28, at 7 pm, the Liberty Baptist Worship Choir and Orchestra will be presenting Experiencing God: The Musical in the new Liberty Ministry Center. 

The Appomattox Courthouse Theatre Summer Youth will present a special musical this Friday and Saturday.

Wolfbane Productions will hold their second annual Feast in the Forest event on Saturday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Bolstered by the notable success of last year’s inaugural event, Appomattox will once again host Sheriff’s Night Out for the community next week.

Music fans of the 1980s will surely not want to miss the next Appomattox Cheerz event this Friday.

The community is cordially invited to “Salute to America” this weekend as Appomattox-area residents honor their nation, their veterans and their active duty military personnel.
