The Appomattox Literacy Intervention Project announces that Spot and Trot Book Buses began their spring circulation on April 3 and will run through April 6, then run again April 17 through May 18.

The buses are funded by grants and donations from The Greater Lynchburg Community Foundation, Bank of the James, The Walter Payne Foundation, the Appomattox Farm Bureau and many individuals and churches that donate books and money to help us promote literacy throughout Appomattox County.

Make plans to visit the book buses and one of the Free Little Libraries throughout the county.
