Didn't we just have an election?

Answer: There are three election days in 2024:

  • March 5: Presidential Primary
  • June 18: U.S. House and U.S. Senate (Republican Primary ballot)
  • June 18: U.S. House (Democratic Primary ballot)
  • November 5: General Election

What's the purpose of a Primary?

Answer: A primary is a method of selecting who will represent a party for a particular office in the November General Election. You get to choose who will be on your ballot come November.
