Floyd Cathey McMaster, 72, of Hixburg Road, Pamplin, died Thursday, December 2, 2021.
Born in Lynchburg, April 13, 1949, he was a son of the late Emma Woodall and Herman Edell McMaster. Floyd was a member of Walkers Evangelical Presbyterian Church. He served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his son, Jimmy Wayne Fallen of Massachusetts; three grandchildren, Christian Fallen, MacKenzie, Fallen and Jamerson Fallen; and three sisters, Jane Kennon, Wanda Billock and husband Todd, and Linda Goode and husband, Henry.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Cathey R. Harris; twin brother, Herman E. McMaster, Jr.; and his sister, Gloria Mae Robertson.
A graveside service will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, December 11, 2021, at Walkers Evangelical Presbyterian Church with Rev. Robert Barnett officiating with Military Rites accorded by American Legion Post #104 and VFW #9855 combined honor guard.
