The public is invited to support their local farmers by purchasing your fresh produce and plants. Use this Local Produce Menu to purchase. Call each farm to order and set up pick up time and location. Also, several vendors will be at local markets and the public can order or purchase at the market.

Wilt Family Farms. Phone (434) 414-2123, Appomattox. Varieties of the following available: eggs, hamburger and pork sausage. Also available for sale: top soil, mulch, animal feed and straw.

Village Garden Greenhouses & Florist. Phone (434) 352-5889, 206 Village Garden Lane, Appomattox. Must go in person to order and pick up. Veggie plants and assorted flowers. Trees, bushes, fruit trees, fruit bearing plants, etc. available.

Cub Creek Greenhouse, 3325 Red House Road, Red House. Vegetable plants for sale at Greenhouse. Variety of Vegetables starting to come in. Monday through Friday, 5-8 p.m. Roadside stand open Saturday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
