For yet another year, drivers in Pamplin pay the most for car insurance in the Roanoke-Lynchburg metro area, according to The Zebra’s recently released 2020 State of Auto Insurance Report.

Drivers in the 23958 zip code that covers Pamplin pay $1,014 a year, a 10.58 percent increase from $917 a year ago.
