Devin Ray Brown, 20, of Phenix, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and two charges of credit card fraud. All charges are classified as misdemeanors.

Brown, who has no prior criminal record, received a nine-month suspended sentence based on two years of good behavior and must repay $25 in restitution.

The plea deal resulted in the dropping of three felony charges of credit card number theft.
