Departing school board members honored
Appomattox County School Board members Cindy Hall (left) and Wendy Hageman Smith were honored with commemorative plaques at the Dec. 12 meeting, which was their final meeting as board members. Hall has represented the Wreck Island District since 2016. Smith has represented the Appomattox River District since 2016.
