Loose Shoe Too Brewery Chili Cookoff winner raises funds for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital

Loose Shoe Too Brewery in Appomattox held its 2nd Annual Charity Chili Cookoff on Feb 19. Sixteen teams competed for the chance to raise money for their charities. Scott Hamlett received the judge’s choice award and earned $890 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

“Thank you to everyone that entered their chili and a special thanks to Randy, Marko, Nick and Andrew for being our judges. There was quite a variety in the chilis and the attendees had a fabulous time supporting this great cause,” said Derin Foor, Loose Shoe Too Brewery owner and brewmaster.
