On Friday and Saturday, the Appomattox Christian Academy (ACA) hosted its first ever Appomattox Spring Market at the school property on Redfields Road.
ACA has hosted six Appomattox Christmas Markets and, as a result of their popularity, decided to branch out into the fast-approaching spring season as well.
We’ve always had such great success, and a lot of our vendors asked why didn’t we do something in the spring. So we said, ‘OK, this is the year; let’s do it,’” said Brandi Tweedy, ACA’s director of operations. “We’re really excited; we’ve got lots of new vendors that have never been to our markets before. We have an entire room of premiere vendors, where they signed up to do both the spring and the Christmas market.”
