The Lynchburg Police Department is attempting to locate and check the welfare of an individual reported as Missing from Appomattox County, who was last seen in the area of Wards Road.
Michael Branham is a white male who is approximately 6 foot and 161 pounds. He has brown eyes and gray hair. He was last seen wearing khaki pants, an orange traffic vest, a black hoodie, and a blue construction helmet.
