Spout Spring Ruritan Club launches local Business Associate Member Program

The Spout Spring Ruritan Club has launched a Business Associate Membership Program. The purpose is to provide an opportunity for businesses to support their community through affiliation with Ruritan and to help promote the recognition and goodwill of the Spout Spring Ruritan Club.

Businesses are nominated for membership based on their reputation within the community. Six businesses thus far have joined the 2023 program.These businesses include: Appomattox Auto Works, Appomattox Drug Store, Appomattox True Value, Fire & Safety Equipment, Wilkes Jewelers, and Jamerson Building Supply. This is the first year for the program locally.

Ruritan is a civic service organization whose purpose is to create greater understanding among people through volunteer service, making the community a better place to live and work.
