The Appomattox County High School Marching Raiders band are Grand Champions again in 2022. This marks the third season in a row with a Grand Champion award and the fourth in five seasons.
The competition was held in Sanford, N.C.
The band won first place in the categories of Music, Marching, General Effect and Percussion, and was the Overall Best Band in Class 1A and 2A.
