The Appomattox Angels (pictured above) won the 2022 Virginia Dixie State Championship with a 12-0 win Monday over Charlotte County. The Angels will compete in the 2022 Angels Dixie World Series in Alexandria, La., beginning July 29. Donations to help fund the trip are being accepted.
