Joanne Jones, the woman behind the farm operation, said her farm sees around 20 different school groups during the pumpkin season. Her farm provides a tourist attraction for the area with its pumpkin patch, corn maze, hayrides and games fitted around the autumn season.

Their visit to Dark Leaf Farms was about three hours long, accommodating for pumpkin picking and other activities on the farm.
