Rudolph Lee Steele Jr.

At Appomattox County Circuit Court on Thursday, Rudolph Lee Steele Jr., 58, of Concord, entered an Alford Plea on felony charges in connection to the March 13, 2018, non-fatal shooting of his wife, Debra, at their home on Hummingbird Lane.

Steele faced charges of assault with malicious wounding, committing a felony with a firearm/first offense, and discharging a firearm in an occupied building.
