Major Richardson of Appomattox County Sheriff’s Office elected as Western Director of the Virginia Forensic Science Academy Alumni Association.

Major Robby Richardson of the Appomattox County Sheriff’s Office was recently elected as western director over the Virginia Forensic Science Academy Alumni Association.

Major Richardson graduated from the Forensics Academy in April 2016. He has been employed with the Appomattox County Sheriff’s Office since June 2006. He has held the ranks of deputy sheriff, investigator, lieutenant of investigations and currently the major since January 2020.
