The Appomattox Senior FFA chapter has officially started its annual citrus fruit sale fundraiser.

The chapter is selling a variety of fruit including Navel Oranges, Hamlin Oranges, Red Grapefruit, Mandarin Clementines, Red Delicious Apples, Fuji Apples, Di Anjou Pears, and Pineapples.

A limited quantity of Virginia Tech FFA pork sausage is also available.

Orders are currently being taken now through Nov. 10. Fruit will arrive Nov. 29, and be available for pickup on Monday Nov. 29 from noon to 7:30 p.m. and on Nov. 30 from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Beginning on Wednesday, Dec. 1, fruit will be sold on a first come, first serve basis starting at 8:30 a.m.

Customers will use curb side pick up at the ACHS Agriculture Department.
