Waterline project underway in Appomattox

On Monday, Oct. 16, the Town of Appomattox began a project to replace a waterline. It will extend from Morris Avenue to Patricia Anne Lane via Red House Road and Church Street. However, parts of other nearby streets will be affected. Construction will last over a year.

There will be times that traffic patterns will be altered with detours, and water usage will be interrupted. Notification will be given to homes and businesses when the water will be shut off with specific days and times.
