Horizon Behavioral Health is offering five scholarships to local educators and school administrators to attend the National Creating Trauma Sensitive Schools Conference in Houston, Texas, on Feb. 20-21. Ten additional school-based professionals have been offered scholarships to attend the conference virtually.

The goal is for scholarship recipients to collectively represent each county in Central Virginia, to include Amherst County Public Schools, Appomattox County Public Schools, Bedford County Public Schools, Campbell County Public Schools, and Lynchburg City Schools.
