Congratulations to Nancy Webb
Nancy Webb was the random winner of $100 from the Times Virginian for filling out a ballot of her picks of the top businesses in the area for the Best of the Best publication that was published in the April 29 issue of the newspaper. A limited number of copies are still available at the Times Virginian office at 589 Court Street, Appomattox.
