On Monday evening the VHSL 2019 Class 2 State Championship football team and cheerleaders of the Appomattox Raiders received their championship rings.
The Raiders won their fourth state championship in a five-year span by defeating Stuarts Draft 42-21.
The 2019 rings were given out at the Appomattox County High School.
