Appomattox County High School was a busy place, as it hosted the Central District 4-H Contest on Saturday, March 25. Appomattox County was well-represented in the Public Speaking, Presentation, and Science Fair portions of the contest. There were 17 students competed in Public Speaking, one competed in Presentation, and 15 for Science Fair!

In the Junior Public Speaking portion, earning a Purple Ribbon (high overall winner):
