Cupid taking a “shelfie” in the library, getting ready for “Shelfie Day” on Wednesday, Jan. 22.

The staff of the J. Robert Jamerson Memorial Library hopes you have had a safe and happy holiday season, including the New Year. You can start off 2020 by checking out a new you. We have a plethora of books, DVDs and magazines for self-help, DIY, crafting, religion, home repairs, cookbooks, and more. Life is not about finding yourself, it is about creating yourself.  Who do you want to be in 2020?

Don’t forget that the Library Board is hosting a reception for our new director, Diana Harvey on Thursday, Jan. 9, at 5:30 p.m. Come join us for a festive punch and light refreshments. A good new year’s resolution would be to come into the library, meet the new director, and take advantage of all the new items, programs, and access to free education we will be offering this year.
