The Appomattox Town Council meeting Tuesday featured a discussion on food trucks after Town Manager Gary Shanaberger said he received a request from the owners of the Iceland’s mobile unit.

In their request, it is stated that they’d like to add four additional picnic tables to their location. That would make for a total of six picnic tables for Iceland’s.

Iceland’s recently acquired property on Old Courthouse Road has room for additional tables. The current town code allows for only two picnic tables.
