Country Charm is a well-known gift shop located on Main Street in Appomattox owned by Beth Turner and her mother Gerri Granato. The 30-plus-year business started under the name the “Ceramic Lady,” which was owned by Granato before moving to Appomattox.
Turner, an Alaskan native, said that she came up with the name for Country Charm from her mother, who also was a military wife.
The gift shop sells an abundance of local items including handmade wreaths and arrangements and unique handcrafted items. Other items include flags, kitchen and home décor, clothing, jewelry, jellies (jams), and the most popular:
