Firefly Fiber Broadband wins Spotlight on Excellence Award

PALMYRA, Va. — Firefly Fiber Broadband, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Central Virginia Electric Cooperative (CVEC), is a 2024 Spotlight on Excellence Award winner.

On the heels of winning three Gold awards in 2023, Firefly is bringing home two Gold and three Silver awards this year. Three were awarded for efforts around their 20K Celebration held at Veritas Winery in April 2023, one for their innovative reach to new customers through Firefly’s Virtual Town Halls, and one for a digital advertisement marketing to potential customers at Lake Monticello.
