Montez Jefferson, 29, of Concord died after a single vehicle crash Tuesday that occurred at 7th and Federal Streets in Lynchburg.

The identity of the deceased was released by the Lynchburg Police Department today.

The police department continues to investigate the accident, so no other information was provided at this time.
