Spout Spring man charged with illegal communication with minor

Investigators with the Appomattox County Sheriff's Office have charged Jacob Boni, age 22, of Spout Spring, with two felony counts of violation of Va. Code 18.2-374.3, "using a communication system or other electronic means for the purpose of practicing or promoting the use of a minor for an activity in violation of 18.2-374.1."

Boni is currently being held in the Blue Ridge Regional Jail with no bond.
