Breast cancer patients have had a friend in Appomattox at Absolute Perfection Bra-tique for the past 30 years.

The store’s owner Susan Kadas, who is a certified mastectomy fitter, opened the Appomattox store after moving to the area from New Jersey where she owned two other stores.

Having survived breast cancer herself, Kadas, a native of Virginia Beach, was committed to making custom-fitted bra services available for breast cancer patients.

“When I was young I had problems — I had a breast problem, and there was nowhere to go and nothing to do and nobody that knew anything. So, I started out in a direct selling company, like Tupperware, but we sold bras,” Kadas said.

Absolute Perfection serves all women who wish to purchase a bra and other clothing whether or not they are breast cancer patients.
