4-H Education Center to host Loss and Grief Workshop

Grieving a loved one is a difficult journey that needs support.

Two Elder Guides is offering a workshop this fall. The workshop is for those grieving the loss of a loved one or another significant loss in their life. 

Participants will explore the grief process through sharing stories, learning coping skills, using guided imagery, relaxation and breathing techniques. Two Elder Guides provides guidance to help participants transition through loss and grief and restart a new life.

This all-day workshop at the Holiday Lake 4-H Education Center, Saturday, Nov. 20, from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. A fee of $20 will cover site fee and lunch provided by the camp. Participants are limited to 10.
