Appomattox County High School cross country runners competed at the Ragnar Sprint Trail Race in Florida on Dec. 2.

The team of Madison Martin, Julie Goodman and Miriam Robindolph placed first in the woman's open division.

The team of Clay Hamilton, Christian Goodman, and Berkley Goin placed second in the men's open division, and the team of Matthew Thomas, D.J. Perry and Wiley Hamilton placed fifth in the men's open division.
